Process
Structure first. Pixels second. Automation always.
Because the architecture is proven, most builds go live in one to two weeks without cutting the parts that make it operate.
01Systems interview
Week 1We map how your business actually operates today: who asks for what, who answers, where money enters and where things fall through. No design talk yet.
02Blueprint
Week 1–2You get a written architecture: pages and routes, data models, admin roles, every automated email, and the SEO structure. Fixed scope, fixed number.
03Identity build
Week 2Brand system first — tokens, type, color, components. Everything built after this inherits it, which is why the platform stays consistent as it grows.
04Platform build
Weeks 2–6Site, database, admin console, booking or inventory engine, and the response layer wired to real events. You review working software weekly, not slides.
05Launch, measure, hand off
OngoingSEO submission, analytics, template tuning, and training so your team owns the console. We stay on for iteration if you want the Scale track.
